We added Rock'n Spas to our existing business holdings in 2000 as a response to what we perceived as very poor customer service by many of our competitors. Our own personal experience with trying to purchase and maintain a hot tub in 1997, was our rationale to "go public" with some long-held family values. The response was immediately overwhelming and our commitment to exceptional after the sale service as well as quality products at competitive pricing has continued to reinforce that decision.
